Retail Sales Associate
Are you passionate about drawing and everything tattoo related and want to be part of a locally owned, growing brand? If so, Black Dragon Tattoo Supply is looking for a sales associate to join our team.
What you’ll do & requirements:
Support and maintain store sales and sales goals as communicated by the store manager
Greet and engage customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient manner
Suggest solutions or items to customers based on their needs
Build lasting relationships with customers
Ensure that visual showroom standards are always met, including replenishment of stock
Support essential maintenance of the store making sure the store is always clean
Work with fellow team members to create friendly positive retail atmosphere
Other duties as assigned, including non-selling work, as required
Work weekends
Airbrush Temporary Tattoos (Training provided)
Process transactions and sales according to company policy
Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests
Cheerful working attitude
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to upsell & suggest products
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable with standing for long periods of time
You’ll be great in the role if you:
Have 1-3 year’s retail or customer service experience
Are a team player and bring your best to everything you do
Have a passion for drawing, tattooing and other creative pursuits
Have great written and verbal skills
Have good time management and organizational skills
Are comfortable with technology

Job Type: Part Time Pay: Up to $12.00/hour + Sales Goal Incentives
