Retail Sales Associate

Are you passionate about drawing and everything tattoo related and want to be part of a locally owned, growing brand? If so, Black Dragon Tattoo Supply is looking for a sales associate to join our team.

What you’ll do & requirements:

• Support and maintain store sales and sales goals as communicated by the store manager
• Greet and engage customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient manner
• Suggest solutions or items to customers based on their needs
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Ensure that visual showroom standards are always met, including replenishment of stock
• Support essential maintenance of the store making sure the store is always clean
• Work with fellow team members to create friendly positive retail atmosphere
• Other duties as assigned, including non-selling work, as required
• Work weekends
• Airbrush Temporary Tattoos (Training provided)
• Process transactions and sales according to company policy
• Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests
• Cheerful working attitude
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to upsell & suggest products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Comfortable with standing for long periods of time

• You’ll be great in the role if you:

• Have 1-3 year’s retail or customer service experience
• Are a team player and bring your best to everything you do
• Have a passion for drawing, tattooing and other creative pursuits
• Have great written and verbal skills
• Have good time management and organizational skills
• Are comfortable with technology

Pay:  Up to $12.00/hour + Sales Goal Incentives
